Summary: A1 Staffing is an agency that specializes in meeting the demands for Light industrial, medical, government/state agencies, and administrative offering temporary, professional placement, and contract personnel. We are growing and looking to add to our business development management team in Dallas. We focus on delivering the highest quality product to our clients through investing time in our recruiting process. We are seeking an energetic, hardworking sales professional to be responsible for new and existing business development and account management.We offer a generous base salary plus commission and a great benefits package. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Bringing new business to new and existing clients across Dallas and surrounding areas. Exceed sales revenue quotas by new contracts and job orders through prospecting and developing new customer relationships. Analyze existing accounts, competition and market share in the territory. Generate sales leads, cold-call prospects, and set meetings on a daily basis. Identifies and qualifies sales opportunities by providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships. Negotiates contractual terms and conditions for employment services, and works with the operations and recruiting teams to fill job orders. Negotiate rates and contracts with new and existing clients. Build and implement strategies to develop relationships and expand business with new and existing clients. Outline and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts and existing accounts. Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, both in-person and by phone, continuously assessing and communicating how A1 Staffing is able to meet their needs. Develops and executes sales presentations to potential clients and proposals. Create and maintain a sales and marketing plan. Develop strategy to improve and expand existing accounts. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Would like 2 + years of sales experience in the staffing industry 2+ years of outside sales experience Strong relational and networking skills Adept problem solving skills, ability to think outside the box, and to implement new ideas Self-motivated and results-driven Excellent communication and presentation skills Sense of urgency for client needs Ability to work under pressure Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment Ability to contribute as a team player Must exhibit discipline, patience, and grace in working with others This is a salary position with a nice commission structure as well.
