$35,000 per year Looking for an intuitive and resourceful jack of all trades to manage clients and the digital workflow of a busy photography studio. Will be managing the studio, along with photographer’s schedule and some personal affairs. Four days a week will be at the studio in Lincoln Heights, and one day a week at the photographer’s home in Encino, starting in early July. Job Responsibilities include: - Managing clients and the digital workflow of the studio. - Scheduling photoshoots, collecting deposits, sending invoices, maintaining accounts. - Maintaining Photographer's schedule and dealing with some personal affairs. - Creating organized file systems and being responsible for large amounts of data. - Posting to multiple social media platforms and updating the Squarespace site as needed. - Keeping Quickbooks accurate and up-to-date. - Providing excellent Customer Service to clients. - Maintaining light kitchen and custodial duties around the studio. - Moving photography equipment/materials as needed. Job Requirements: - Ability to adapt to new technology and manage the backend of a website. - 1-2 years of of administrative experience in a similar field - Exceptional skills with Adobe CC, Including Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, Premiere - Be up to date with current social media platforms and trends - Be a forward thinker who is always planning two steps ahead - Be able to move up to 25 lbs at a time if necessary Business Management skills are a plus - will be dealing with multiple employees. **This is not an apprenticeship or photographic position.** If you meet the above requirements, please submit a cover letter and resume, along with three references that can speak to your previous employment history.
