Our Customer Contact Representatives are important to our success. As a member of our Contact Center team, you will demonstrate a good understanding of the services we offer, evaluate customer needs and provide excellent customer service.
During our training, you will obtain knowledge of the services we have to offer and be trained to take inbound calls from customers. You will also receive continued coaching and support both during and after training has ended.
Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Prepares mail to be processed by opening, sorting, and organizing documents.
Completes Rebate processing by reviewing and scanning documents.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday: 9am-9pm; Saturday: 10am-7pm

Starting pay at $14 per hour and a 90 day review with possible increase
